Chocolate Easter Eggs 1 Lb Merckens Milk Chocolate
1 7oz. jar marshmallow cream
1/2 cups Eagle Brand sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cuops walnuts coarsely chopped
Non-pareils or small candy flowers
In dobule boiler over very hot tap water (130 degrees F to 140
degrees F), melt milk chocolate coating, Stir in marshmallow
creme, sweetened condensed milk and nuts. Refrigerate until
firm. Shape tablespoonfulls of chocolate mixture into eggs.
Dip into melted coating chocolate. Arrange non-pareils or small
candy flowers in soft coating.
