3 Ways to Melt Chocolate
1. Microwave
Select a glass or ceramic bowl or mug that can be used in your microwave.
Start out for approximately 30 seconds, then stir with fork continue until chocolate is completely melted. White chocolate may take longer. If chocolate isn't melted put back in for 10 seconds more. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Then you are ready to use.
2. Warming Tray
Put chocolate in glass bowls, cups or mugs. Place on warming tray, use medium setting, still until melted.
3. Electric Fry Pan
Put about 1 inch to 11/2 inches of water in bottom of fry pan. Put chocolate pieces in cup or bowl. Do not use to high of temperature, it will burn your chocolate. Stir until melted. Never get steam from water or water gets into the chocolate. Make sure you always have water in fry pan, or chocolate could burn.
