Julie's Famous Coconut Cream Candy

3 Cans coconut or 3 small bags

1/2 Lb. butter

1/4 cup half-n-half

1Tbs. vanilla

3 Lb Confectioners sugar

Mix butter, coconut and cream.  Add vanilla, then sugar. 

These will be sticky, so sugar you hand when forming the shapes you want. 

 Leave dry overnight and coat with Merkens melting chocolate

(sold at Rainbow Arts And Crafts).
